We hold a key approach to helping your organization improve!!

SANJO Enterprise, LLC is a recently organized company with a vision of helping companies improve working relationships and communications between individuals and work groups. The results of these improvements adds productivity and reduces frustrations.

Our approach is not "training", but the sharing of information about various behavior styles and how to better interact with these styles. The methodology of defining the styles originated in the 1920's and has been enhanced through technology advances over the years. Participants are challenged to use the information they gain through developing actionable plans for change.

President of the company, Joe Mullenax has 35+ years in the petrochemical industry in manufacturing, construction, maintenance, training and human resources. He holds both a Bachelors's and a Masters Degree in Occupational Technology from the University of Houston.

Regardless of the type of organization you have, the tools we provide will enhance people’s ability to develop better working relationships and improve communications.

We offer the following services to improve working relationships and communication:

· Determining Needs
Our approach is to help clients improve productivity through improving communications and working relationships. We will meet with either management or individual work groups to determine what types of barriers exist to achieving good working relationships and effective communications.

· Initializing Plan
In most cases, we will develop an initial approach to address the particular results that need to be accomplished. This draft approach is shared with the client for approval before proceeding

· Solutions
After approval and scheduling, our trained professionals will complete the planned sessions, with each participant leaving with actionable plans to improve productivity through improving their communications and working relationships with others.

· Completion
Followup by our professionals on the use of the tools and methods shared with participants and on site coaching is also available if requested.
